Welcome to our Luxury Villa, nestled in the serene town of Dharampur, Kasauli Hills, Himachal Pradesh, India. Our homestay is exclusively designed to cater to families and couples seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The hosts Sandeep & Renu Chaudhry live in the adjacent cottage and love to host guests.
We take pride in offering a completely Luxury home atmosphere. Our commitment to creating a healthy and eco-friendly environment extends to a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. However, we understand the needs of our guests who may need to smoke, and have provided a designated smoking area on the premises.
Our villa offers comfortable and spacious rooms, elegantly furnished with all modern amenities for a luxurious stay. The picturesque surroundings of Dharampur provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing, rejuvenating, and spending quality time with loved ones.

The property faces the Kalka-Shimla Himalayan Railway popularly called Toy Train. The trees and shrubs in the property hosts birds and about 20 different type of birds have been spotted by birders.
Bedroom 1
The ground floor bed room measures 195 sq.ft with a bay window facing the main lawn and beautiful Plum, Pear and Pine tree. A water body is outside the window. Large windows offer ample sun in winters and the trees outside give shade in summers. The room has a large wardrobe which can take care of long stay. The bathroom measures 50 sq ft. and has luxurious fixtures.
Bedroom 2
The first floor bed room has a low attic ceiling and measures about 253 sq. ft. with a sitting area. A ‘L’ shaped wrap around balcony gives amazing sit out space. Guests have used it for their morning yoga and meditation. The room has a good size wardrobe for long term stay.
Living Room
The living room on the ground floor boasts of a Electric Fire place, a 55” TV and comfortable furniture and luxurious rugs on the floor. There is a corner dedicated to the working area with a comfortable solid wood work desk. The living room measures 462 sq.ft. The living room has large sliding window which leads to “Himalayan Railway – Toy Train” watching balcony which also doubles up for a smoking balcony. The living room also has a well-designed modern luxurious modular pantry designed by “QUALITA”. A R.O, Microwave, Electric Kettle and a Refrigerator has been provided in the Pantry.

Dharampur
Established in late 1800’s , the town was popular for its Lady Harding Sanitorium ( now called Govt. TB Hospital). The pine forests around the town and the fresh clean air was suitable for the treatment . There are walking trails around the town and along the railway track. The walk in the dense forests freshen you up. On a clear day one can see the snow laden Dhauladhar mountain range from Dharampur-Sanawar road.
Kasauli
A picturesque Military station with history going back to 1836 boasts of Colonial Villas , Kasauli Club, amazing walking trails including Gilbert Trail, Heritage market , Christ Church, Hanuman Temple at Manki Point etc. Some well know shops include a Photography Studio dating back to 1868. Travellers love to have “ Bun Samosa” in the heritage market and no one can go back without having one. Some Café’s have also come up in the market including Old Town Café and Café Mitti.

Sanawar Hill has Lawrance School established in 1847 for the children of East India Company employees, Britch Army officers and Indian Royals.

Dagshai
A sleepy un explored Military Station established in 1837 by East India Company on request of Maharja of Patiala. A Jail and Police post was established and the name Dagshai came from “Dag-E-Shahi” which meant a Royal Mark. The prisoners were marked with a seal on their body. A notice in the Jail claims that Mahatma Gandhi was a guest in the Jail and Nathu Ram Godse was the last prisoner before he was hanged. The small hill town has two cemetaries dating back to late 1800’s . It is said that during Second World War Italian POW’s were brought from Africa and imprisoned in Dagshai. There are some graves from that period. The town also has a Christ Church built in 1839.
