Welcome to our Luxury Villa, nestled in the serene town of Dharampur, Kasauli Hills, Himachal Pradesh, India. Our homestay is exclusively designed to cater to families and couples seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The hosts Sandeep & Renu Chaudhry live in the adjacent cottage and love to host guests.

We take pride in offering a completely Luxury home atmosphere. Our commitment to creating a healthy and eco-friendly environment extends to a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. However, we understand the needs of our guests who may need to smoke, and have provided a designated smoking area on the premises.

Our villa offers comfortable and spacious rooms, elegantly furnished with all modern amenities for a luxurious stay. The picturesque surroundings of Dharampur provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing, rejuvenating, and spending quality time with loved ones.

The property faces the Kalka-Shimla Himalayan Railway popularly called Toy Train. The trees and shrubs in the property hosts birds and about 20 different type of birds have been spotted by birders.

About the Structure

Designed by Ar. Aditi Malik Chaudhry, the Villa has been built as a pre-engineered structure, which has many firsts. The complete construction and interiors were done in 140 days. The walls from inside and outside have been coated with special Thermal Insulation Coating to give comfortable temperature inside the building. The walls inside have been coated with a special Sound Deadening and Fire retardant Coating which provides protection from external sound and safety from fire. These coatings have been provided by La Greens India. The property is environment friendly with rain water harvesting and composting. The Window design and Thermal insulation helps in reducing energy consumption.

The interiors have been executed using a special Composite Concrete planks from Indonesia which have been stained using wood Stainer from France. We have not used any wood in the entire structure.

The Villa furniture has been provided by leading furniture designer Ar. Ankur Mehra , MNT Design, Modular Kitchen by leading designer and manufacturer Mr. Vikas Juneja – Qualita Kitchens-Gurgaon, Linen and furnishing by leading brand Masper, Gurgaon and Krishna International, Chandigarh, Wardrobes by Mr. Sushil k Singhal – Encore Modular Furniture-Manesar.
